The Financial Regulation Agency (KROUFR) is the non-commercial organization which activity is directed on services development and relations of the Russian participants of the international financial markets regulation.
The FRA (KROUFR) mission
Maintenance of conditions and coordination of participants of the international financial markets activity;
Assistance to minimization of risks of the international financial markets participants;
Development and assistance to introduction of rules and standards of operations conducting in the international financial markets, including principles of business ethics, a diligent competition, the decision of disputes and disagreements between participants of the international financial markets;
Creation of insurance fund for the clients of the forex-brokers which are the FRA (KROUFR) members
Assistance in the organization of conditions on quality improvement of participants of the international financial markets work;
Assistance to perfection of legislative and normative base in the international financial markets;
Informational-analytical coverage of services and principles of work in the international financial markets;
Carrying out of researches for studying tendencies and development prospects of the international financial markets, introduction of new technologies.

Certification of participants of the international financial markets.
Maintenance of performance of obligations of the certificated participants of the international financial markets.
Guaranteeing of meeting the certificated participants of the international financial markets' engagements
