The Conflicts Regulation Commission

The basic purpose is the operative solution of disputes and maintenance of protection of the rights and interests of FRA members and their clients

The commission accepts to consideration questions and the disputes following from civil relationships and (or) principles of a business transaction, emerged in connection with realization of activity in the international financial markets between FRA members or between FRA members and their clients, and also other physical or legal persons connected to professional work of FRA members, in case of presence of the corresponding agreement.

The Standardization and certification Committee

The committee is engaged in development of standards and certifications of the organizations - participants of the international financial markets and physical persons of clients.
